Life is constantly exposed to risk. Risk in terms of job, in terms of surviving in the world, in terms of proving yourself amidst the tough competition and many more. In a bid to constantly prove himself man lands himself in stress unknowingly. And hence sets in many other health problems. But, with the practice of Yoga, you can have a control of all these, as Yoga makes you strong not only physically, but, also mentally. And if you are fit mentally, then you can actually move mountains. Hence the need arises among the Americans to adopt this culture.
